Arachem is proud to have successfully hosted the APAC Certified Repair Centre Training for Waukesha Cherry-Burrell (WCB) Pumps and Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers (SSHE), in collaboration with SPXFLOW. This three-day hands-on programme brought together participants from across the region for an in-depth learning experience covering system fundamentals, maintenance, troubleshooting, and practical application.
Day 1 (20 May 2025), focused on core SSHE and WCB pump knowledge, providing participants with essential understanding and hands-on exposure to system components and operation.
Day 2 (21 May 2025), dived deeper into pump technologies, including the Universal PD Pump design and fundamentals. Attendees also engaged in practical sessions involving U1, U2, U3, U2ND, and the 5000 Series models.
Day 3 (22 May 2025), highlighted real-world application, featuring discussions on troubleshooting, field challenges, gearcase hands-on activities, pump testing, and a briefing on the eXpress App and EHAs.
