Weighing & Dosing System

Loss-in-weight - MSDH

Differential dosing of free-flowing products at high volumes. Flow meter: Accurate weight measurement and information of the flowrate of a given product stream. Flower regulator: Precise proportioning of an arbitrary throughput rare incl. the registration of total weight.

Accuracy

Flowmeter: ~ +/- 0.3%; Flow controller: =< +/- 0.5%

Throughput

0.6 – 106 m³/h

Features

  • System components and three-point suspension of the weighing hopper with dosing segment gate
  • Smart weighing algorithm and high-quality load cells
  • All long-life, high-quality components

Advantages

  • Stable weighing at high throughput rates Loss-in-weight - MSDH
  • Precise and reproducible measurement values
  • Low-wear

Benefits

  • Accurate proportioning at high capacity
  • Reliable measurements and weight registration
  • Low maintenance required
  • Maximum operating reliability

Rice

  • After hulling: Brown rice scale is used to know the amount of brown rice taken into milling after taking out husk
  • After sorting: Head rice scale is used to know the premium product yield

Wheat & Rye

  • Cleaning: Below raw material product bins for mixing of different product qualities, setting flowrate and measuring the quantity sent to the cleaning section
  • Cleaning: Setting flowrate and measuring the quantity sent to the cleaning section (in case mixing is done before by flow balancer)
  • Mil: Setting flowrate and measuring the quantity sent to the milling section
  • Dosing scale after cleaning. Below silos to measure or regulate a product stream

Grain & Paddy

Mill (Barley): B1 Scale, measurement before grinding. Accurate scale required to calculate yield.
