The INDAG intensive inline mixer type DLM/S is used for the effective mixing, emulsifying, dispersing and foaming of different liquids and liquids with gases. Some examples from a number of use cases are:
Production of emulsions from oil + water + emulsifier; Oil + acid; Emulsions of silicone oil + water + emulsifier; Polymer + superheated steam dispersions; Foams made of latex + vulcanizing paste + gelling agent; Mixing bitumen + polymer + acid + adhensive; Mixing of plastic melts (PET, PA, PE, PMMA) + additives; Mixing vegetable oil + methanol + methylate.
