The Sievers 500 RLe On-Line TOC Analyzer represents the latest advancement in the science of ultra low-level TOC measurement in microelectronic applications. The 500 RLe replaces the Sievers Model PPT as the industry’s only on-line, reagentless TOC analyzer capable of accurately detecting problematic compounds such as urea, trimethylamine, organic acids and bases.
The 500 RLe uses GE Analytical Instrument's membrane conductometric technology, delivering ultra low-level accuracy and reliability by eliminating false positive and false negative readings associated with other simplified TOC technologies.
Design enhancements allow the 500 RLe to operate on higher conductivity waters than the PPT while still delivering the same analytical performance, thus making the 500 RLe more versatile and reliable. The analyzer also works well in low DO water systems, resolving TOC recovery issues that are difficult for other reagentless TOC analyzers.

Sievers TOC Analyzers are well known for being extremely easy to use. The 500 RLe makes TOC analysis even simpler through its many automated features. In addition, the 500 RLe has a color touch-screen display makes it easy to set up instrument parameters and view trend data in tabular or graphical form. The interface also provides real-time status of consumables, with prompts when semi-annual maintenance is due.
The 500 RLe is reagentless and requires just a few hours per year of recommended preventive maintenance. The modular design facilitates speedy consumables replacement and preventive maintenance.
The 500 RLe On-Line Analyzer offers 12-month calibration stability, unlike other analyzers that may require weekly or even daily calibration. By following the on-screen prompts, users can select from single- and multi-point calibration procedures.
The patented Sievers one-port Integrated On-Line Sampling System permits easy on-line and grab sampling.

The 500 RLe On-Line TOC Analyzer comes standard with a simplified sample inlet block to facilitate continuous on-line operation. It may also be ordered with a Standard iOS.
|Standard iOS - The single-port standard iOS is designed to easily switch sampling methods between on-line and grab, and for introducing standards for system protocols. The standard iOS includes the ability to perform calibration, accuracy/precision, and verification protocols.|
